collaborative symmetry

Collaborative Symmetry explores my artistic practice “Spontaneous Symmetry” as a means to develop self-awareness, build teamwork and create community through individual and collaborative art making.

“Our group just hosted local artist Donna Mikkelsen who gave an amazing presentation on ambidextrous art making. We worked with partners and even 4 people at once. We used both hands to draw and paint and follow one another to create symmetrical radial drawings. These were like mandalas! Highly recommend connecting with Donna.
